教育背景

1988年毕业于中南林学院林学专业,获农学学士学位;1988-1991年在中南林学院攻读森林生态学硕士学位,1991年获森林生态学硕士学位,2003年获得生态学博士学位。

工作经历

1991年硕士毕业后一直在中南林业科技大学从事教学科研工作。2002年在澳大利亚国立大学(Australian National University)资源环境与社会学校访问学习。2010年在奥地利维也纳大学(University of Vienna)进行学术研究。

学术兼职

湖南会同杉木林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站站长,中国林学会杉木专业委员会副主任,中国林业学会森林生态分会常务理事,湖南省生态学会副理事长,湖南省土壤与肥料学会常务理事,湖南省植物学会常务理事,第十届《林业科学》编委。

教授课程

承担普通生态学(湖南省精品课程、MOOC)、森林生态学、生态规划、森林动态学、植物生理生态学等研究生和本科生课程。
